NIGHTFEAR is a Heavy/Power Metal band based in Madrid. The current lineup is Lorenzo Mutiozabal (vocals), Manuel Moreno (bass), Ismael Retana (guitar), Víctor Blanco (guitar), and Osckar Bravo (drums).

In November 2012, they released their first album, Inception. The blend of classic Heavy Metal and powerful Power Metal that permeates the nine tracks garnered very positive reviews in media outlets across various countries, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Denmark, and the USA.

After a tour where NIGHTFEAR played some of the biggest shows of their career, such as the Spanish tour supporting the legendary band Unisonic and performing in major Spanish cities, the band began working on their second album, Drums Of War, a concept album that continues the story begun in the song "Pride," a track from Inception.

Drums of War, released in November 2015, takes the band's sound to a new level of energy, power, and melody.

After garnering rave reviews and appearing on nearly every year-end best-of list in various specialized media outlets, the band hit the road to promote their album. After closing the tour in style by selling out Madrid's legendary Sala Caracol, NIGHTFEAR took a break from performing to compose and record their next album.

In December 2019, NIGHTFEAR signed with Fighter Records for the release of their third album, which was released in February 2020. The new album, titled "Apocalypse," represents a new step in the group's evolution, while remaining true to their roots. The album was a critical success, with specialized media hailing it as the best album of their career. Unfortunately, the pandemic forced the band to cancel all concert activity scheduled to promote the album, followed by a few years of reflection and inactivity.

Now, in 2025, Nightfear is back with new live shows, new material, and many surprises.
